Hmm, Driving with my music on, hanging out with friends, watching a good comedy or any good movie I guess. Talking to pretty girls lol. Dreams. When the Raiders win which happens like 3 times a year I am happy lol. Shrimp Fetticine and Garlic bread. sometimes it's fun to dance with mary jane. music. playing video games with my lil nephew and brother makes them really happy so in turn it makes me happy, they can whoop my ass and probably everybodies here at Halo. my dog.
Which reminds me of not that long ago, ever since my social phobia kicked in I never really have a great time at family gatherings becuase I'm basically waiting for it to end but I act nice but don't talk too much but a big ass moth flew in the house and scared my older brother who never gets scared and I was laughin my ass off and my grandma and aunt were like "it's so nice to see you geniunly smile and laugh, we haven't seen you do that in years". I thought it was strange like "how did they know" but moments like that make me happy.

Lots of things make me happy. Though it's usually more of a "just not so sad" feeling, unfortunately.
So in no particular order:
my dog Jack
music (mostly metal and classical)
the great outdoors in all it's glory
hawks (accipiters are exciting!)
women with pretty eyes (that I'm afraid to look into)
good food
good movies
Christmas lights
playing one of my guitars
black humor
Even with all that I'm generally not a very happy person. But I'm cold and getting tired, and my bed has a blanket that warms up nicely. And right now I can listen to a CD with Vivaldi's Magnificat and Gloria before I fall asleep.
And that's about to make me quite content indeed.
So in no particular order:

I'm in really ****ed up state right now, but I still managed to find some things that make me happy.
Walking alone through empty streets just with towns night lights in the evening.
Dreaming any kind of dreams when sleeping and some good sleep in general.
Watching some favorite shows of mine.
Getting into workout at gym so much that you forget your life at the time, and just concentrate on going over your limits.

things that make me happy in the moment:
Music; realizing others think like me when they like the same music
its special with music, it feels like I open up to people when I share music.
Having a nice and sucessful conversation with someone
Those 10 min to 1 hour long moments when I feel like i'm worth something in this world also make me happy.

The piano. I think I could literally sit at my piano and play for 5 or 6 hours at a time if I didn't have things to do. I love playing the guitar too, but not as much as piano. Listening to music is all well and good, but playing music is on a whole different level for me. It means a lot more to me now since I used to do it for a living and actually started to hate it. Those weren't good times. It's like being reunited with an old friend... or something equally sappy.
I also love having conversations about books and films. All kinds of nerdy, but very enjoyable. Reading as well. It's been raining all day and I've spent the majority of the day by the fire reading. Bliss.

Foreign cinema, just discovering it and it beats the heck out of anything Americans have made. I am currently viewing Korean movies which are so sensitive and tasteful (no horror yet-lol)
Pretty happy about permanently getting away from hum drum Hollywood over-produced crap.

Music - There is nothing better than a powerful melody, a good rhythm and lyrics that feel like they have been taken out of your mouth.
A good film! Ones which makes you think - I like! Or just one with a happy ending. I loved Pursuit of Happyness, Forrest Gump, As good as it gets, One flew over the cuckoos nest.
A good book that you can't put down!
Feeling free of anxiety also makes me happy - when I feel I actually have a fulfilling social interaction. I just feel normal - it's great.
The feeling when you learn something fascinating about life.
A warm sunny day with nothing to do but smoke and observe everything around you (people, buildings, street performers etc)
