What do you look for in a boyfriend/girlfriend?

Hmmmm, a good sense of humour in a guy is the number one thing. I also look for a guy that's trustworthy & trusting of me, independent, somewhat knowledgeable and caring as well.

I thought you never had a girlfriend?

You "think" :?: If someone told you that "process" that is going on in your head can be defined as thinking that is just becuase that person is higly poetic or mercyful.

Wow.

Rado_the_racist comes up with not only an coherent response, but a witty one at that. I'm impressed! :)

An interresting effect of this thread is that the more people telling waht they want, the more they are killing the hope for those who never had someone since few men here have what the women describes (yes yes me included) and vice versa.

i don;t really have an ideal appearance...just someone who wouldn;t play mind games and is straight up. in short, just a good man.

Hey if you look too hard for what you want then you will never find it. Have you ever looked in the fridge for a jar of Tomato sauce and couldn't find it. It's because you looked too hard!!

One of these days you will find someone when you stop looking. He or she was there all along you just didn't see it. Doh!

I'd like a girl that is into music like me and can be wacky, fun .,

she doesnt have to be, all i want is for us to have chemistry and that we enjoy each others company, i dont care what career she has, car she drives, that's all peripheral and meaningless..

It has to be someone who is attractive to me, other wise whats the point. Has to be into the same stuff as me, But liking other stuff is always good as it opens things up a little.

Very quirky and crazy as well

a very passionate, outgoing, active, smart, nice, loyal girl that is the same age as me and above all would NOT reject me.

- I'd want someone who's good at picking out gifts for people. This is something I'm probably never going to be good at, so at least I can have help from someone who is.

- Autumn should be her favorite season.

- She doesn't have to like paneling, but she would tolerate its use in at least one room of the house. (I'm getting ahead of the thread here, I know)

There are the characteristics I fantasize about that ultimately aren't that important, like:
-must share interests, like passion for music/books
-be creative/intellectual
-good-looking and taller
-super outgoing (to balance me out) but also someone who likes a lot of downtime

Then there are the characteristics that are necessary and important to me:
-being humble
-caring about other people/the world, not self-involved
-being an honest person most of the time

A lady whose smart, out going, educated, intelliegent, aggressive (no-nonsense type) but not snobbish and self centred... (i've seen girls who are aggressive and independent) but at the same time they are arrogant and mean as well which can be a real turn-off... A lady who can ease my worries, release my stress, and erase my social anxiety bit by bit.... I'd preferably like someone older whose more confident than a younger woman cos of more experience with life... She could turn me from a real man from an insecure and confused lil guy....

Wicked fucking facial hair!!! A guy's gotta have a fabulously grown and groomed 'tache to float my boat. And one of those awesome little satan-goatees wouldn't go amiss, either...

Wow! I really don't have any of the attributes that people find attractive.

GOD DAMMIT! :x

Mother-fucking, cocksucker, mother-fucking, shit-fucker.
