Hey! I looked at some of the topics and noticed that everybody here is about 20-25 years old and I wondered if there are any other teenagers here? I'm a 14-year-old girl and I'd like to meet other people like me.

No it's okay but as you probably know, I'm very very shy so you might not find me very interesting (takes a deep breath) but I really want to meet new people so I'll make an effort

i wish my university had a way for couseling people to get in contact with each other. i heard that alot of kids here have SA (relatively speaking) but there's no way to get into contact with some one else when that would be great! i'm 18, diagnosed a year ago but suffering with it for 7 years, welcome to the board

i am 25 but feel 18 im so shy i scare myself and never give myself a break about it. im way too hard on myself. sp is a pain in the backside but there are always options. every single choice you make is yours.
