Understanding Social Anxiety

My name is Anthony and I have dealt with SA for a good part of my life. After being able to overcome it after years of struggle I am interested in understanding and helping people with Social Anxiety.

For this, I will like to ask the community a few questions (please only answer if you suffer from Social Anxiety):

1. What keeps you awake at night, trembling, eyes open, staring at the ceiling?

2. What are you afraid of?

3. What are you angry about? Who are you angry at?

4. What are your top 3 daily frustrations?

5. What do you secretly, ardently desire the most?

5. What do you secretly, ardently desire the most?

1. The thought of not taking enough chances at things I'd probably be really good at. Being a fraction of what I could be.

2. Myself.

3. Myself, but rarely. Anger serves no purpose.

4. Excessive and non-productive thinking, giving those thoughts way too much credibility, and lacking energy or motivation to be better.

5. Being able to live fully in the present moment, and doing the absolute best of every moment.
