Your submission could not be processed

Quite often when i attempt to do a "Quick Reply" (or "Post Reply") i get this error:
The following errors occurred with your submission
Your submission could not be processed because you have logged in since the previous page was loaded.
Please reload the window.

So i reload the window, repeat my reply message, and get the error again.

The only way to get past it seems to be to go a previous page, and then repost.

Possibly might be linked with having (eg) ".../#post______" at end of url.

Maybe try cleaning your browser (cookies mostly, maybe cache).
