The best answer I can say is that it's most likely helpful for someone who probably has HH from other causes. Now I know nothing about what he has written, but there have been countless others who also have written things along the same lines as what he most likely is saying.
If you are curious, buy it. I personally haven't had any luck with many of the magic potions, drinks, vitamins, herbs for one of my so called illnesses outside of HH. And when it comes to sweating hands and feet I'm one of the fortunate ones where ionto treatment helps.
