I mean i think this started happening yesterday when my one of my eyes started twitching. I mean, it would start to spasm for a few seconds and then stop for a while and then twitch for a few seconds and then stop for a while. Like it keeps repeating and it still is happening today. It's really starting to annoy me. Any tips or methods on how to get rid of this for good. I had nothing happen like this before.

You probably have a vitamin deficiency. That happened to me until I started taking a daily multivitamin (my doctor told me to try it) and it worked.

I never knew that! My eye's been twitching for years! I just thought I was going crazy. Thanks for the info.

You're welcome :) I know someone else who started taking a multivitamin every day and their eye stopped twitching, too, so it should work for you :) I know how annoying/weird your eyes twitching can be lol

Yup, especially if your deficient in Magnesium, sometimes you will get muscle spasms/twitching. Also, you could be slightly dehydrated.

As a matter of fact, today my left thumb started spasming - But I haven't been taking my vitamins and I could be slightly dehydrated as well. So it's water and remembering to take my vitamins daily for me!

Hope it gets better :)

That make sense, when I'm at school I don't eat that well and it kept on happening, but once it was over I ate better and take my multivitamin. thanks to you I'll know what to do

I had this when I suffered high anxiety for a while, it went away after a few months when my life calmed down. See a doc to be on the safe side.

I always figured it was because I have lazy eyes... a vitamin deficiency makes sense as well, though.
haha

This has been happening to me for the last couple of months. It's just my lower left eye. Sometimes it does it after I yawn. I figured maybe it was the cigarettes or all the energy drinks causing it. But I'll have to try some vitamins and see if that helps. It's a bloody nuisance! Twitchy little bastard eye!
