When you feel sad - do people who are happy/positive bug you

If I'm feeling low and people all around me are joking and laughing, it makes me want to cry, but of course I have to look like I'm joining in the laughter, I'm thinking about work situations. It also stings a bit when someone goes on at me about how amazing their life is when mine is inferior. I know it's good character to be happy for people but that feeling doesn't bubble up sadly.

They usually ignore me. If there are positive people who try to cheer me up, I'm receptive to their warmth. But there are those uber happy, positive people who are two-faced and they piss me off the most; they join in with the bullies to talk about you and then they smile so sweetly at you it makes you sick.
