Sitting in my bedroom in the dark, crying.

That's my life- how exciting!

Mostly watching tv, listening to music, playing videogames,and messing around on the internet. And I do it all sitting on my couch. Going outside is for chumps.
 
Our lives are all there is. (not literally, but as far as what concerns us goes)
To all people, our lives and others lives are the only things we can see.....they are inherently the reason we care about anything. Your life is at the most basic level, all you have.

Life is just the moment before utter nothingness. A flash of color and shriek of sound before everything is brought back to null.
 
My life is a "mixed bag", fairly "poor" overall, but specifically:
• very bad - every now & then
• poor - fairly regularly
• average or neutral - usually
• rather good - occasionally
• very good - seldom or never


And to respond to this question more fully...

  am getting more into spirituality/philosophy/religion/etc now

 my "deep" life  ("spirit" being)					none
  true self, inner being, inner calm = constant, eternal, stable

And when i leave this life, i'm presuming that it will be (at least for a "while") just this...

My life is... hmmm i try to make it the best as I can, but it's hard, since I not only have hudge anxiety and social fobia, I also have depresseion.
I try to help myself with meditation and auto-suggestion rather than drugs.
I also read books to help. It really does help.
It's no magic sollution but just a step to living a better life.
