What is wrong with my JustCloud?

I am starting to regret getting a JustCloud account. I have a hard time contacting their customer service. It takes them days to reply to email .... arghhh!!!! I am sure that I have the correct log in and PW details, I have only been able to access my account 2x. The other times, my PW would not go through. I never changed my PW too. I wonder if there is something wrong with my PC or their site?!?!

I don't think it is with their site My account is working just fine.

Recently our company had a problem just like this. We had to hire this company to sort out things for us. It greatly affected our workflow and resulted in backlogs.
