Wow that is just terrible. If you were offered emergency accommodation, is there a reason why you can't take it? It's not safe for you and your son at this moment. You both need to get out of there as soon as possible. I so wish I could help you in anyway. Heck if I had the money, I'd probably get you and your boys a new house in a nice safe area. Hope you get relocated soon. :
