What are your irrational beliefs?

I nkow what you mean si. If I am driving down the road and pass a car I sheild my face. If I am at a stop light next to someone I have to pull further ahead so they can't look over at me. I don't know why I just think that everyone is checking me out.

I can very much relate to what your saying Si. Hm it's not a very nice feeling. I feel very unnatural and weird when having those thoughts. Being aware of every move.

Hey Weedle I can really relate to you with the car thing.When I pull up at the traffic lights I totally avoid looking at anybody else in case I make eye contact.And my whole face and neck starts getting really warm.Just can't wait for the light to go green.At least when I'm on my motorcycle I can hide inside my helmet but the feeling comes back when I have to take it off.
