I feel better whenever I vent what's bothering me. When I feel like I can't vent what's suppressing me, then I feel even more depressed. Sometimes I just need someone who is willing to hear me... even if it seems like I'm going on about things that they have no control over. I wish I didn't have to talk about my social anxiety and depression at all because I didn't ask for either. I would much rather talk about things that are more edifying, but when your life completely sucks like mine it's hard to be optimistic about life.
