Things I want to change about myself

Theres a lot of things i want to change about myself, but im realising that nobody is perfect, I could leave a 3 page long answer for this question because i suffer from ocd and body dysmorphia, but if u saw me in real life u would for the most part think im "normal". Im trying to escape all these medical labels i have and just be me. I think im to harsh on myself and so are most people on this forum.

My main goal is to eat more healthy, but its hard cos i love my comfort food! lol

-I need to stand up for myself and not allow people to make me feel uncomfortable or pressure me into things.
-I need to be more outwardly appreciative to other people and all that they do for me.
-I need to become more focused on other people. I think I get so wrapped up in my own life that I forget about those around me.

I'd like to change my neglecting attitude. Not because of others but because of me. It harms my life. My studies, work, many things.

i think I'll grow my hair out long - down to my chin or shoulders

It hasn't been that long since I was in high school

and I need a new pair of flip flops
