You know those days, where you're happy at home and not thinking about how rubbish your life is and all the things that are wrong with you and that are depressing you, those times when you just don't bother for a day and just be happy and experience the simple pleasures...what gives you those little pleasures?
Cos today, I feel content, I didn't go to college today cos I've a bad cold, and I'm sitting at home with:
-a coffee
-a milkybar
-the irish times (for the crossword!)
-the new Vogue
-a big woolly jumper
-the internet!
-foggy, rainy weather
-no-one else is in the house or will be in the house for another 5 or 6 hours
So I'm happy! I'm guna sit at home all day and enjoy those little things that give me pleasure, and forget about stoopid social phobia and agoraphobia and panic attacks and being depressed and tense and...bla!
