Great post , i have been trying this too , i look directly at the person , and generally they will look away , problems come when your talking to more than one person , but its a good start

They say that the only way to conquer your fear is to face it! Pity that they fail to mention that it is one of the hardest to accomplish

I've too been trying something similar, sometimes I get it right sometime I dont, but its like playing a musical instrument, practise makes perfect!
