OMFG u totally just outlined one of my recent dreams that I had !! I dreamt that I was flying over water, a volcano and mountains but I was holding onto a red gem to allow me to fly then I landed in my friends house that she had just built and for some reason it was dark the wind was blowing and it was in a grey/ashy setting we eventually left her place and flew over more obstacles it was an awesome dream

Friends = aspects of your life, personality that you have rejected but are ready to incorporate & acknowledge.
Relationships around you are important in learning about yourself- Alternatively dreaming of a friend indicates positiveness.

House = basic needs & values, feeling at home.

New home = taking on a new identity developing new strengths-emotionally mature.

Dark House = fear of unknown, you emotions get out of control & lose your temper.

Wind = forces & energy, turmoil & trouble in your life- changes in your life... time to pick up the pace in achieving your goals.... or too many beans!

Flick the lights back on.

Wow you have some crazy ass dreams.But glad I'm not the only one! I don't normally dream of anything like Demons,just people trying to kill me and having to defend myself :: I do dream about vampires and stuff sometimes,but In general I find the ones about people worse because it's very vivid and realistic.

Sounds like what you had.Happens to some people and the freaky thing is a lot of people experience very similar hallucinations,like a Demon slowly approaching them while they are frozen and can't move or it sits on their chest.They think it's when the mind becomes self aware..but still not quite out of dream mode.

Man I had one weird dream last last night. I was on some kind of adventure trying to retrieve some kind of big heart in a cooler. But it was possessed by some evil entity that tried to kill my partner and me. My partner being some kind of alien chicken. Don't ask. x3

I don't remember all of it, but there were a couple of places involved where we looked and went through. When I tried to teleport to the last place, my partner interrupted me in the midst and I ended up being fried by lightning for some reason. It caused me to teleport to an entirely different place, a city. And had to find my way back. So I did, gave my partner hell, and then my mind (or the screen, if you will) faded out and showed a kitchen with a lot of woodwork in it.

There was some kind of lawyer with glasses in it. There was a news report on. I wasn't in the kitchen, but I was nearby, and then the TV glitched and kept repeating a part that said ''Kill *name of lawyer which I can't remember*''. Focus zoomed in on the TV as it kept repeating the phrase. The screen faded out again, and I woke up.

All the way throughout the dream some weird commercial kept popping up called ''Dirty in, dirty out'' it didn't display anything consistent.

The weird thing is, this wasn't even a nightmare.

Interesting well I have been feeling somewhat different since I have been seeing my counselor plus ive been doing an immense amount of work with changing and stopping my negative thought patterns and LOTS of positive self talk yesterday I felt a strange sensation of inner peace something I haven't felt in 10 years!!

So im hoping things will only get better and lots of new POSITIVE dreams will come

Yeah I just looked up the sleep paralysis and I def think there was more too it I rlly do believe a demon was trying to take over my body it happened once in my room when I was having an afternoon nap and once at my ex bfs house when I was laying on his floor scary ****! both times was the same demon same fire everything was the same

I can imagine,I can't think of anything more creepy than waking up paralyzed.I'm not really one for paranormal stuff..but I think there is a lot of stuff we don't understand,and I find it too odd that everyone shares the same so called hallucination.Would deffo not surprise me if it was some out of body experience.

Anyway wow,I'm getting way off topic!

Ok so I had another strange dream again last night! lol

I dreamt I was with a friend and we were on an island and there was a harbour with a ship ready to set sail and we saw this massive whale appear next to the jetty ... then all of a sudden random ppl came out of nowehere trying to move the whale back to deeper waters and it started to get agitated.. my friend and I somehow ended up on the big cruise ship in the middle of the ocean and I can remember rlly dark waters and the whale next to the ship and for some reason I was wanting to get inside the whale and I was fighting my hardest to open its mouth so I could slide down its throat then I woke up SOO WEIRDD

so mr dream interpreter I read that it means im trying to reach in2 my subconcious mind and change my thoughts

Heart = truth, courage, love, romance, how you are currently dealing with your feelings and expressing your emotions.

Cooler = frigid or has a cold personality - cooler is a feminine symbol representing the womb. Female in your life who is emotionally cold--Alternatively you need to cool off, also consider what's in the cooler.

Evil = someone or something is evil denotes a repressed or forbiddn aspect of yourself - seeking recognition & acknowledgement- Altenatively, strong negative emotions

Alien = having difficulties adapting & adjusting to your new surroundings, feeling allienated. Having diificulties how to handle or deal with a certain situation or person. Encounter with an unfamiliar or neglected aspect of own self

Chicken = cowardliness, lack of will power or chickening out of a situation.

Dirty = anxieties & feeling toward sex

Island = ease, relaxation & comfort- need a vacation to escape the stress

Harbour = shelter from stormy relationships or chaotic situation. Seeking refuge untillyou can recollect your thoughts- or harbouring some ill feelings.

Ship = exploring aspects of your emotions - cruise ship, pleasant moods - war ship, feelings of agression.

Whale = intuition & awareness & tuned to your spirtuality. Alternatively a relationship that is to big to handle. or you are feeling overwhelmed

Push = energy , effort, encouragement and motivation. You have new drive.

Dark = fear of unknown, your emotions getting out of control and losing your temper

Inside = take time for some self introspection, look within yourself. Alternatively, some family or domestic issues to deal with.

Throat = express & communicate your thoughts and ideas. Feel threatened & vulnerable when you express yourself. Alternative, swallow your pride.

I seriously have been putting in alot of effort with my s.a since I started therapy I never knew to focus on my self destructing thought patterns and the mind its amazing I actually felt an inner sense of peace recently like I have stopped worrying about alot of things I rlly do feel relieved

missjess...yep, stop the overthinking..

You will get caught out by the disorder.. trust me
This is when the real lesson begins :to see how you acknowledge the mistake and quickly move on -WITHOUT RE-THINKING WHAT WENT WRONG!

Bounce back fast-use the excitement form your inner peace.

Every now and then I dream that one or other of my parents is still alive. This was last night's dream about my mum, that she was aging and would soon die. When I woke up I remembered that she has already died and for a moment I felt that grief again.
