Sound conditioning

I had an idea. I don't know if it would work, but I thought I'd share it in case anybody wants to try it. I noticed there were videos on youtube where people just recorded the sounds of people talking at like bars, clubs, or restaurants. And if you could listen to them in the background while you're in the comfort of your own home, maybe they could condition you to be more comfortable when you really are around lots of people. I don't know, just an idea. Here are some examples:

That is interesting.

Listening to that bar ambiance, I'm reminded of when I did go bar/club hopping, I actually enjoyed it because the decibel level made it so the conversations were few and far between lol.

Conditioning certainly I think is valid and recoganized by therapists.The more we get use to things then often the less fearful of them we can become.
