-Conversations with the mental image of people. Its always happening, its like talking to myself, but not... its hard to explain. Those thoughts come from a completely different part of my brain then my rational manual thoughts and both can go on at the same time, and influence each other.

What is your OCD: I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I don't really like working with other people because I notice everything they do differently. Spelling and punctuation heh, I had to correct 1 or 2 mistakes in your questions. I double check locked doors. I always return clothes I buy when I go shopping because I don't think they look right. I always compare myself to other people and have to look at myself in mirrors to make sure I don't look terrible... low self esteem. Also not being able to let things go, I always think about how I could have handled something better.
