2009 goals:

Learn to drive & get a car
Get a better social life, gf
Start swimming, & lifting weights, 3 times a week
Complete a course of CBT (which is gonna cost £700 so it better be worth it...)
Practice meditation every day
Limit internet to 1hr per day
Read a book every day
Start/join a band
Record an album of own songs
Move out, into an apartment
Go travelling in Europe
Cook meals for myself whenever I can
Learn French & Japanese

maybe learn to drive since i do have my learner's license since it seems real enough for me, and possibly get a well paying summer job so i can pay for school next year and actually decide on what i actually want to do at the university

I suppose that the addition of a single good friend into my life would be a wonderful thing for me...

To keep going to the gym,and maybe be brave enough to do some of the classes they do.

To keep pecking the nhs till they actualy give me the cpn and support im awarded by my court order.Bastrads lol.

And to not give away my heart away as easily as i use too.

Try and build up my friendship with the one actual mate i have left,hes got two kids and it made my heart melt when one called me uncle Danny :D

My other one was not to be as paranoid but thats already gone out the window :lol: I feel like a thread killer sometimes lol
 
1. Lose 2 stone (28pounds)
2. Stop using my credit card to buy things over the internet cos I don't have any money!
3. Keep trying to recover from SA and agoraphobia and panic

I decided not to set loads cos then I wouldn't do them, three is enough!
 
here's mine:

1. Drink less
2. Start living life to it's fullest!
3. Make more friends
4. Get myself a galpal
5. work out more and eat healthier

OK I don't normally make new year's resolutions, mainly because I haven't stuck to them in the past... hopefully this is year is an exception.

Hmmm probably

- Excercise, be more active and get out of the house
- Eat bit more healthy food

- Maybe I will start my studies to get a better job
- Be a bit more positive.. instead of whining... I might look into improving my SP. Maybe I should try to post on the treatments forum.

- Be a bit more social.. online and more importantly off line
- and maybe find a galpal

hmmm maybe I shouldn't list the last one.... I have wowed to do the for the last ..god knows how many years... but I haven't been able to do so.
