My life changing story: I have not mentioned this on here until now but, I was very very overweight just 11 months ago. Wow, that's amazing 2Crowded! Such a difference in the before and after pics. I keep trying to persuade myself to exercise and tone up a bit, so this really motivating 🙂

damn thats good man....I'm like 5'6" and I was always skinny and at one point in time I somehow got up to 165lbs and I had a big stomach it seemed, I thought maybe I was imagining it but then a few friends said, "getting chubby huh?" I was like what then a girl I liked laughed becuase she saw me and she remembered how skinny I was....she said I looked better than being a toothpick but laughed at my stomach, so I lost 20 pounds and I fluxuate between 140 and 145 but I never really worked at it, I starved myself kinda
