Good morning to all,yesterday was a really bad day starting off, really bad panic, not breathing and hyperventilating to where I felt like I was choking. Took a break from reality, and refreshed. Went and bought 2 books on panic disorders and read them all night. Doing great this morning, even went past my normal time of my panic attack. Looking for smooth sailing the rest of the day. I hope this morning finds all of you panic free.
