Very interesting stuff. (And free!)

1. Accept the symptoms of blushing;
2. Tell your feelings they're welcome to visit you, but you will not let them change your behaviour;
3. List the purposes / objectives you have each day - I divide by job / family;
4. Make those purposes - and not yourself - the priority;
5. In the evening, ruminate on achieving your objectives, not on symptoms.

Oh, and to help with acceptance, try reading the Tao of Pooh.

Would be interested to hear if anyone could use this successfully?

thank you very much for posting this,i would recommend for everyone to check the link out it speaks not only about blushing problems but SA and other stuff,theres also more information about this technique which is really help full and free.
