Lose weight or accept myself

What would you do?

Either way ppl are going to always have there opinion on other ppl u might as well accept yourself and who u are

Im in a never ending cycle, am depressed cause I weigh too much, SP stops me from exercising incase people see me, weight stays, depression heightens.

Who cares if they see you?
You're actively trying to better yourself...
If anybody thinks that's funny or mock worthy then they're idiots and their opinions shouldn't even be considered.
The chances of you running into them again are really pretty slim..
Is the possibility of you running them the first time really enough reason to let your health suffer?
