not necessarily; if there are other ones perfect, none of them would be 'the best':D; now seriously, perfection is a utopic and relativ concept.Human being longs for the idea of perfection, hence the concept of God's existence.

"Do your best, try your hardest!"

Says society, hoping to instill upon you a sort of non-satisfaction with your current situation, urging people to seek "prestigious" careers.

Essentially, it is society's answer to the problem of, "how do find and encourage the best of the best to take the highest and most important positions in society?"

I used to a few years back. Then I think I started having more doubt in myself than confidence and just didn't care so much after that. But I always try to do my best when it comes to school and stuff, of course. I still have those "all or nothing" feelings sometimes though.

Art, I think, has helped me accept faults in a way because if I make a mistake, I just accept it and try to make it look as good as I can because I know it will never be perfect and even when I do make a mistake, it's not like anyone's going to realize it because they don't know if that's how I intended it or not.
