I\'m completely isolated

There is nothing I can do. My parents have ruined my life and that's that.

It's always easier to blame someone else than to take a look at what you can do in real life 'now'...

I'd suggest you read 'You Can Heal Your Life' by Louise Hay but not sure if you read books, and you might think it corny too.. It helped me a lot when I was in my late teens or so...

Yes, parents can cause some psychological damage, on the other hand, people are strong and can 'fix it' or outgrow it too...
Have you tried EFT or TAT? - free pdf manuals on emofree.com and tatlife.com
You can work on your attitude... Even if your parents 'ruined your life', you can still make things happen!!

Some people had it much worse in life than you, and still sort of managed to overcome the problems... sometimes, with help of others...

Do you think it's 'shameful' to get help or something? Or to read helpful websites or books?

I'm not suggesting lying, it's better to be truthful and genuine, if things that are important are at stake, you could be a bit 'economical with the truth' though and just say what is necessary and omit some parts that might get them upset?
(If things like drugs or bad company or other bad things are in question, I'm totally against lying though..)

Some people run away from home at 14 or 18, apparently it wasn't so bad as to do that?? (I don't recommend running away from home without a plan, it's an option though, especially if you can stay with friends or other relatives-?? And have some money and/or a job or such?) Other option: stay where you are and be miserable about it.
Next option: stay where you are and learn how not to be miserable about it, or at least work on it.

The only way you'll ever get out of your parents house is if you find a job that is full time that is long term. I've failed to do that, and that is why i'm still living with my parents. I know it's no picnic, but don't you ever think about if your parents weren't there. In my case if my parents weren't around, I may not be here right now. Instead of yelling at your parents and being angry with them, maybe you should respect the fact that gave you life and still giving you life. You don't want to be homeless, especially with SAD.
