I lied to my psychologist... should I tell the truth?

I don't think I'll be telling her next time. The very thought makes me shiver with embarrassment. Oh well, if it comes up again, I will tell the truth. That's for sure.
For now I better focus on the treatment itself. Maybe I'm overestimating the importence of coming clean about this.

I completly agree with Argamemnon, people who knows i've been single all my life don't (and maybe cannot) understand why, and generally make fun of it (not all but the majority). They don't understand that it's not a choice I made, but just because of this f***ing anxiety.

Ditto. Or they think I am a gay or what´s the matter with me. It shows how different our worlds are. They can´t understand how I do that not having a partner, I can´t understand how they are doing that having millions of them.
I feel like alien on this earth, really.
In any case I always tell the truth, I have nothing to loose as I have nothing 😀. I am used to living as a second class citizen.

My psychiatrist once suggested that I might be gay when I told him that I never had a relationship, and that I didn't want it.......

I don't want it because I know I prefer living alone. Having to live with a partner or wife and children is just too much for me. It would probably make me feel perpetually tired, anxious and depressed. I need my alone time so much, it would suffocate me. Especially having children is a big no. And where am I supposed to find a woman who doesn't want children at all (like me).....?

Anyway, back to topic.. if even psychiatrists are "shocked" when I tell them I'm still a virgin, imagine what other people would say or think? Don't do it, people are not to be trusted....

Well said bro 🙂
(I still wouldn't tell people that I'm virgin, since I don't gain anything by being honest about this)
