Thought I should make this thread because it's the polite thing to do...

I have AvPD, semi-professionally diagnosed.

Frankly I don't even know what I'm doing here... Coming here kind of feels like I'm butting in on something, becoming the fifth wheel. I'll post the thread and then wait for all the judgement and rejection. That is what it feels like and even though I'm kind of scared I'm still posting this in order to be polite... or something.

*after thinking about this* This intro really sucks. Sorry for that. But I wanted to be honest for once in my life.

yo welcome to the forum, ah you got as much reason to be here as anyone else, hopefully you can find some useful info and learn from people with the same issues. Not to mention just not feeling quite so alone 😉
