I m glad to be part of this community. I have suffered with long periods of anxiety and depression since my teens. I'm just hoping to meet some new people on here and learn how to battle this illness.

I like your username! It reminds me of Madonna's song "Holiday." I am new as well and here for the same reasons. Best of luck in overcoming your social anxiety and depression. Hopefully the group is able to help. I also have been suffering long periods of depression since my teens so I can relate to that too. Are you on any medication for it?
