Hello, I'm a newbie.

Hello, everyone.

I am a 37 year old female from America with social anxiety disorder. I also have emetophobia (fear of vomiting), general anxiety disorder, and irritable bowel syndrome which is quite embarrassing. 😳

At the moment I am on disability and living with my parents (also quite embarrassing).

I can't think of anything else to say. 🙂

Hi! Don't be embarressed here, we're all alike! I thought I had irritable bowel for a long time but I did some muscle relexation tapes and they actually calmed down my digestive system as well as my muscles, maybe you could try that?
Living at home with parents sucks, i'm the same!
