Now you are talking. Julian Lennon onion shaped mirror glasses or Dame Edna type glasses. That will make some people uncomfortable.

oooo - I want a pair of those^

Sunglasses work for me sometimes because I like to see if people are watching me. I've noticed people don't make as much eye contact with me when I do. Probably because they don't know if I'm looking back. I don't know why but sometimes this calms me.

If you think you stick out because you have anxiety, I can't imagine how much more you will stick out if you always wear glasses indoors. I wear my glasses to the grocery store and inside because I'm only there for a few minutes and don't like making eye contact with people. But, if I was with friends in a room wearing glasses, that would be weird. I guess it's kind of a situational thing. I get why you like wearing sunglasses, I do too. It does suck when people can see you are afraid w/out the sunglasses cuz they can read your eyes.
