i have an applied maths exam tomorrow (thankfully i have just only 2 as i'm repeating) the nerves are kicking and i'm getting quite panicky i have a couple of things i still want to look over but i have being studying for 6 hours straight and i should try to relax before i go to sleep. hope i will be able to sleep tonight, I only got maybe 4-5 hours last night because i couldn't stop thinking about it. last time i got a full blown panic attack which i never had before the exam halls freak me out but i think this year i think i will be in a slightly smaller room so i'm trying not to think about.

any advice or tips for dealing with the situation would be appreciated ??

The best advice I can give you is: be 100% confident about the material WAY before you sit the exam. That's what I always do. And I usually finish a 90 minutes A level maths exam in like 50 minutes (my current record is 40 minutes, though, heh). That way you can just chill and go over your answers without getting too stressed and worried during (and before) the exam.
