Does people do not have SA know how we feel?

What I've seen is that the anxieties most people experience aren't the same as those experienced through social anxiety disorder. Most people experience few interruptions of their fluid selves and really never understand the concept of having to actually get that fluidity going after it's stopped. Thus there are not really any problems with feeling completely unable to think of things to say or of needing some kind of logical or formal structure to operate inside of.
