Does anyone else turn to food when they feel crap?

I specifically turn to chocolate. It makes me calm down and it takes my rage away, though I know it's not a good way to solve my problems::(:

chocolate has been linked to increasing serotonin levels so that may be why it makes you feel calmer :)

Eating is my biggest comfort and has been for some years now, can't find a way to shake it though I've tried ::(:
