haha! I find my intrusive thoughts have subsides alot!

Now the majorty of my anxiety is if im going insane, crazy, nut jub, losing the plot etc...

I have both. I've been dealing with SA pretty well. Rather beautifully actually. But now that thats sort of under control, OCD comes to steal the show. And that kind of brings back certain symptoms of SA. Just gets tough sometimes
