Challenge

I'm going to challenge myself starting in the month of June: no crappy food (this is very often quite the challenge for me, and if I can do it, it will mean quite a lot), a lot more fruits, exercise, lots of liquids, meditation, more reading, more writing.

I'm going to weigh myself and see how much I've lost by the end of June, although I hope that I will gain quite a bit of muscle as well.

A question for you: are you up for it? Are you willing to step up and say "I've had enough! I can do this. It's up to me and no one else"?

Also, there can be no slip-ups.

Nah, I'm skinny enough as it is.

June 1: 30min walking on the way to work + 30min cardio + enough workout to make my arms tremble and my muscles hurt. Sweating like a pig and about to hit the shower. Feels good when you want to get away from your everyday stresses and forget that you think way too much.
