Book Recomendations: Fear Is No Longer My Reality & Buddha's Brain

Hi guys, just wanted to recommend two books.

The first is Fear Is No Longer My Reality - How I Overcame Panic and Social Anxiety Disorder - and You Can Too by Jamie Blyth. I found this one good because I felt I could relate to the author, and many of his experiences were similar to mine (e.g. used to having lots of friends, to turning into a recluse one day). Now reading this isn't necessarily going to cure your social anxiety, but I found it inspiring, and I probably picked up a few tips along the way that are stored in my subconscious.

The second one is Buddha's Brain by Rick Hanson. This one isn't specifically aimed at curing social anxiety, but it's a fantastic book about changing your life by using the best bits of Buddhism. The book also gives a very user friendly (simple) neurobiological explanation of WHY we suffer, get angry etc. - especially in the context of evolution - which I found enlightening. I haven't finished this book but it's already been great so far.

Hope these book(s) can help someone out there.
