Are you addicted to anything?

tea, cigarettes and potentially alcohol

I'm glad you say this.

Main addictions: heavy exercise
food
coffee all day until 1500
had the time of my life in beer binges, but its best coach is in hangovers, which involves migraine.
Also drinking involved big bouts of violence I saw but I wasn't part of, with blood, glass, police horses after local stadium event, people go to town centre. I've left bars behind forever, instead of us in fields, beaches, forests, top of mountains... Barcelona, in massive sound systems grouping together in €urope and there is never a hint of anger because we love music and know each other. Can't say much more. All good things go in the mouth. No tobacco

I guess I have an addictive personality in general. Whenever I stumble upon anything that makes me feel good, I over-do the thing, whatever it may be; food, sex, drugs, sleep.
Obviously it would be much healthier to be able to make oneself feel good, and not depend too much on certain substances or activities.

There is one addiction - not physical. Sonic.
From early childhood I discovered stereo sound when a friend showed me how to listen to FM radio when I had a box with two speakers. I felt all floaty :applause:

Anything influential in life is important to share with others.
I spend a huge amount of my life listening to my vast music collection, alone.

Best times are when you're out with friends. Crowds of strangers are a bit of a burden for me but can relax.

There are things I like, but I don't think none of that is an addition. I stay clear of tobacco, alcohol, and don't take regularly meds except those for my thyroid gland.

Chocolate and some other sugary stuff,
Skin-picking/biting - mostly the skin around my nails,
Other self-harm (lately - probably because of getting worse and becoming depressed).

I do get some minor obsessions like watching series and anime. When I get into that there is nothing else I want to do. Well, except eat something sugary while I'm doing that xD

:eek:h: and worrying.

Caffeine.

I feel like I need it because I get sluggish when I'm off it, and when I drink it I get these jittery bursts in which I turn slightly manic and anxious. Sounds like classic drug addiction. I have tried to quit before but I always seem to revert back.

I've really packed on a few pounds also, so it's time to get a healthier addiction like going to the gym.
