Anyone try this iontherposis device?

The seller also has Irdromed 5 but its more expensive. Buying off ebay suits me better as I only use paypal and don't have a credit card.

I'd stick with a known machine like the Idromed or Fischer. We have enough problems getting them to work consistently so spending time on a new machine does not seem worth it..
