Am I addicted to Luvox and Abilify?

I begun taking both Luvox and Abilify last Christmas, due to doctors' orders. Initially, I was afraid that I might turn into a drug addict or something. However, nowadays, I find myself taking up to 5 times the amount that I am prescribed, when I get the chance.

I honestly can't live without these drugs; they're the only things that keep me from slitting my throat. I've even taken another drug, Cipralex, occasionally, even though I was not prescribed on it, just to relieve my anxiety.

Is this serious? My friend, and fellow OCD and Tourettes sufferer states that 5 times the prescribed amount is too much...

It seems like you're mixing drugs.

I am on Cipralex for anxiety and depression.

Please, do not take anything you are not prescribed! The effects could be unwanted and fatal.

Talk to your doctors?

Well, actually, I WAS prescribed on Cipralex, but I was put off of it once the doctors realized that it didn't help.

And my next appointment with my doctor is about a month away; maybe I can talk about this with her.
