Ok, so after having forced myself to go to a party last night with some people that I felt uncomfortable around and feeling low today, I decided to play some dance music in order to lift my mood and the results were quite impressing! As a result, I got curious and googled dance therapy and to my surprise, there's actually a thing called dance therapy out there which is also good for depression:
