I cut all of my hair (almost bald), now I look like egg-head, I really regret doing this, im feeling super bad, don't even want to leave the house tomorrow ::
everyone will have something to say, why did I do this..::

say that you lost a bet or it was draw so you had to shave your head, trust me people will care tommorow but won't the day after. after a week or two it would be like nothing happened

Yes thats the only solution, but at work you can't wear a cap while working, i'm already seeing their first impression of my head at work

I did that two bro, I HATED that first day because I knew people would have something to say but let me tell you its not as bad as you think. People Won't care as much as you are assuming they will right now. Trust me.. They may remark on it like "you shaved your head when did you do that" bla bla bla but thats as bad as it MIGHT get. Keep your head up man... you can do this
