You should take a look here ... has all the weekly top 40 singles from 1965 to 1975 ... all genres.

If you select approx 20 songs from each year, that will cover the 10 hours.

Another idea could be to play say 3 or 4 songs in a row from certain bands (the best ones, eg eagles, hendrix, led zeppellin, david bowie, elton john, beatles, ...). That way the songs flow even better as they sound similar. And ensure you place the "right" bands/songs next to each other, for the "flow" (eg don't play carpenters and then hendrix .. you know what i mean). There'll be no DJ right?
