18 with Social Phobia and just started college

i think i have social phobia. i get so nervous to talk infront of people i start shaking and when is my turn to talk my face heats up badly. when i talk to someone face to face i stutter a lot and forgot what i'm going to say. i'm just so worried all the time. i don't really like being around...

unknown girl dont listen to these jerks they are mean, they are cruel and unfriendly. They will just hurt you just as they hurt me.

Trust me jerks dont need your time. I am really friendly lets just go to another forum, or just chat with me and I can help you cause no body else will help out.

I even said hello to so many members and I havent even got one Hello in the Instant Messenger. Thats how big of a jerk they are.

Seriously typing hello only takes 3 seconds geez

college is actually a a very good opportunity to overome your social phobia. You should see my posts at the beginning of year, all i wanted to do was drop out because i couldn't take the exposure to people. I'm so glad I haven't dropped out now and things seem to be going a lot better 🙂
