The High of Life?

I recently started taking 60mg of cymbalta, which has done wonders for my anxiety. Also recently, I've quit master bating entirely--believing it wore down on my ability to concentrate and not have a raging hard-on everyday I walk out the door (I live on a college campus in Los Angeles.) I've noticed that I'm a lot more down than I usually am. I can't seem to find anything worth looking forward to. It's just a general feeling of apathy and lowness rather than anything specific. I wonder if, because I don't drink, smoke, or really eat unhealthy whether it's the lack of an endorphin rush or whether it's the medication? Do you think we need certain "highs" in our lives?

Might be side effects, combined with unhealthy eating
Also, are you doing sports? a walk twice or more a week can do wonders
