I'm a little high, and I think I've been inspired.

In my current depressive, hopeless feeling and extremely anxious state, I managed to give myself some clear objectives to follow in order to break the vicious cycle of social anxiety and depression. By doing these things I'm not expecting or looking for a cure, but rather a chance for me to re-gain control of my life, break the cycle.

* Change my sleeping/waking-up schedule from 3:00AM to 1:00PM of sleep to 1:00AM to 10:00AM

* Start meditation (daily)

* Start martial arts

* Join a charity work, where I'll be helping for a good cause and getting the chance to meet new people.

* Start therapy

* Keep exercising/training the same way I have


If....IF..I manage to force myself in doing all of these 6 objectives, how much could this improve my life or my situation ?

if these goals are realistic to you, then it is definitly possibble. Change does not happen immediatly it only happens over time. If it were me i guess, i would hold off on the charity thing till later until i would feel 100%
