Symptoms/Panic Attacks

I was wondering if people would share what happens when they have an attack in a social situation.

What happens to me is that I start looping thoughts in my head, what if's mainly. I start looking at the time, and noticing it is going really slow. And to physical issues come up. One I have stomach issues, not all the time, but sometimes. And two I have the urge to urinate, embarrassing really. And the later gets worse and worse unless I leave and go to the bathroom, even if I don't need to. The later also is the main reason I can't stay in one place long, and endures where I can go etc.

Because of some aspect of my life, I'm forced to socialize very heavily. When I was younger, I had problems sometimes, especially going out to speak publicly, give presentations... etc.

But because it's all forced on me, like it or not, I had to do lots of them. My stomach would feel uncomfortable. Blood seems to be rushing everywhere, like they're suddenly.. pumping really fast. Rapid heartbeats.

Urge to go to the washroom. Time slowing. For me it's not just social situations. Sometimes, exams also make me nervous, but usually nowhere as nervous as large presentations or confrontations. It depends though, if I'm familiar with what I'm going to say, then I don't really care about the audience.

Exams are killer, being locked in a room for hours, told that if u leave u fail. Due to the idea that they think u will cheat.

Panic attack symptoms for me are racing heart, racing catastrophic thoughts, shakey voice, trembling legs......

Also I have IBS and if im really nervous I get diarrhea. This causes a lot of anxiety over whether or not ill shit myself in a situation.

The having to urinate all the time, causes anxiety that I will while still in class or in front of someone etc. Evil thoughts.

I'm not sure if I get panic attacks in the traditional sense of the term, but I do get anxiety so bad that a doctor called it a panic attack once. For me, my hands get really sweaty and start to shake. I feel tingling up and down my arms and shoulders. My mind will either swirl or go blank, and finally, my voice will tremble and shake. It's pretty debilitating when it happens.

For what it's worth, this difficulty can be solved and eventually everything gets okay again in life, but it takes a lot of hard work and repeated exposure to the threatening situation. Let me know if I can be of further help!
