sweaty palms and racing heart

when i'm in public crowded places,talking with friends or even if i'm alone in the room my heart will beat kinda fast and my palms wil sweat esp when i'm in public places like school,my old workplace or mall.since i'm little it's always like that.i think it's because i always felt nervous. :( anyone have this problem as well?

yes. i have hyperhidrosis and it can get really bad on most days, usually i sweat for the whole day. even when im alone, safe in my own bedroom i still don't feel at ease, my heart is still thumping and it only makes me sweat more. the sweating just doesn't stop so easily. it's so embarassing for me especially when i'm trying to do things and i'm afraid of people seeing my hands wet or feeling them. :?

now i only know that this is hyperhydrosis.silly me.not only my palms sweat but my feet as well.now i'm alone in my room but my palms and feet is still sweating.i'm the same as you butterpotato.once my friend asked me why is your hand so wet when she accidently touch my hand i reply back i can't help it.and i blush easily as well.SP and SM makes me have all kinds of disorders. :(

Bless you it is a horrible thing and i feel for you i have had it for years but it is due to my anxiety... you will get there soon if you recognise things then that is the start to recover...X

yes yes my feet too! :oops: my friend also asked me, i didn't know what to say back so i pretended that i didn't hear her, and then she goes 'you're weird!' my other friends would be like 'ewww, why are your hands so wet?!'

it's really hard when our feet and palms feel sticky almost all the time.yeah,they'll think like our hands is dirty or something.but actually we are not. :roll:

do you keep a cloth beside you? i do in my bedroom beside the computer, i don't need it today though. phew. :oops: i actually feel relaxed for the last two days and i didn't drink a lot of water either.
