soooooo liberating!

Oh my god, each of the posts I've made so far, I get a surge of fear as i press "submit", because I get a thought that says "this is not real - someone you know is going to see this post and know that you made it. It's all a big joke, and they're going to take the piss out of you, going Aaaah, you're a social fucktard"

But it's not!

There's actually an internet forum for people like me. Amazing!

Anyway, I'm 28, live in Wellington, NZ, and my first thought every morning is what a social fuckup i am!

And the thing is, I know that by any objective measure, I'm really not - everyone I've told about my anxieties (all of 2 people, ever), has been surprised.

Anyway, as the title says, it feels soooo liberating to admit it, even if it is only online.

it's a relief to admit it and to know you're not alone
