So I just got a girlfriend

And am extremely happy. But ever since then I've had massive butterflies in my stomach and can't eat much. Every time I think about her/text her there's this swelling in my stomach that just makes me not hungry. It's terrible cause I'm on a bulking diet which requires me to eat as much as possible. So is there like anything I can do to get rid of the feeling?

Yeah, stop blowing it out of proportion and just take one day at a time. Eat small vegetables and water instead of big carbohydrated dinners and drinks. Maybe this feeling will subside

Just give it time, it should pass the more accustomed you become to her.

Congrats on your new relationship! :)

It will pass with time. Could take a few weeks or longer (Even months), but it will pass.

Heh, thanks guys. Things are moving pretty fast (I already kissed her, and she was my first kiss). We're hanging out again on friday and my anxiety levels are through the roof cause I dunno what's gonna happen.

Just take everything one step at a time and try not to put pressure on yourself. You'll do just fine.

and those feeling should pass once you get used to her and are comfortable around her
maybe just try not to think about the idea of having a girlfriend now to try to calm the feelings

Way to go!
However, make sure you don't smother her..happened to me once, and the relationship ended a few months after..

Aah, reading this made me smile! Congrats!
I've never been in love, so I don't know what it feels like, but I've heard people around me saying that as you spend more time together that paralyzing butterfly feeling will fade to a more comfortable feeling. Best of luck to you! :)

big thing, DONT go into it TRYING to impress her or worrying she wont like you. Youve done that. You kissed and made first contact and she wants to see you again. Diplomatic relations have been established.

As scary as this may sound to you, BE YOURSELF. let her see who you are as a person. And if your feeling a little nervous, be honest with her about it. Dont elaborate too much. But just tell her your a little shy. Chances are she feels the same, Even if shes had BFs before, your still someone new and the chemistry is still forming.

Open the door, pull out the chair, be a gentleman. Youve got nothing to worry about :).

Let us know how friday goes!!

Also, on a diff note, discreetly try to find out if she has a favourite flower or somthing. Make a note of it. After a month or two, randomly suprise her with it. Brownie points my friend ;). The little things matter!

Ugh this was one of the best days of my life. I hung out at her house from after school to 9pm and it was awesome. We kissed, made out (the first time for both of us so we felt awkward) and talked about our future. I haven't experienced love to this degree before and I feel happier than I ever did in my whole life. Haha I bet I sound so weird.

The only thing is time, because it's one of those phases in a relationship that passes.

I'm happy that you're happy though :)

Not at all, being overwhelmed by emotions is one of the best thing one can experience, I'm glad that it's happening to you :)
